Q.03Can a badge be removed?
A.

Yes. Our trust team can revoke a badge or ask a shipper to re-verify at any time. While a re-check is pending, the shipper is hidden from this directory.

Q.04Do you see or store ID images?
A.

No. Stripe Identity collects and keeps the images. We store only the outcome.
